Suzy Foundation is hosting its 5th annual 'All Abilities 5K' on February 15, 2026 starting at 9am at Kiwanis Park in Tempe, Arizona.

Our 5K allows, all participants, regardless of ability, to have fun, exercise, and help make a difference in our community.

Whether you walk, roll, run, or cheer from the sidelines—this event is for everyone, regardless of ability.

This isn’t just a race—it’s a movement. Every step you take helps raise funds to support individuals with special needs by covering the cost of essential equipment that insurance doesn’t.

What You Get

  • Custom Event Medal for ALL finishers
  • Custom Event Dri-Fit Tech T-shirt
  • Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups (excluding Virtual Runners) in the 5K division for the following:

    • 8 & Under, 9-10, 11-13, 14-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80 & Over

  • Pre- & Post-Race "Athlete's Brunch" (granola bars, fruit, water, etc)
  • Chip Timed with Real Time Results and Photos provided by StartLine Racing on their Website

Race Day Information

  • Race Day Check In and Registration will be available beginning at 8:00am at Kiwanis Park.

    • We accept cash, check, and credit card on race day.  Race day prices are $50 for the 5K and $40 for the 1 Mile.

    • All shirts sizes may not be available on race day (please register online before race day to guarantee your shirt size choice).

  • Wheelchair, leashed pets, and stroller friendly event.

  • The course will take you along the paths at Kiwanis Park (mix of concrete and asphalt trails).  Please note - some of the areas of the course will be open to public running/walking so please be good neighbors of the trail.

  • Feb. 15th   9:00AM - 5K Begins

  • Feb. 15th   9:10AM - 1 Mile Walk/Run Begins

  • Feb. 15th   10:00AM - Award Ceremony Begins (approx)
